Talking points for week 9: The Jacksonville upset pick for week 8 was a big pay. The upset picks for this week are much closer, except for the Houston pick by 7 points. Again
this pick is based upon home and away scoring stats. Ignoring the home and away breakdown the Chargers would have been just a slight favorite.
